New Patient Appointments at Carine Glades Dental Care

Going to a new dentist for the first time can make some people feel anxious. At Carine Glades Dental Care, we understand this. Our team is here to ensure your first and future visits with us are as enjoyable as possible.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, you will be required to complete a medical history form to review your existing health conditions and concerns. Please be sure to bring a copy of your private health insurance card with you. Once your form is completed, one of our dental assistants will escort you to a treatment room.

Discuss Primary Concerns

Next, one of our dentists will review the forms with you and discuss what your primary concerns and oral health goals are. Please reserve approximately one hour for this visit.

In most cases, we will also take a set of diagnostic digital X-rays (unless recent X-rays are sent from your previous dentist) as well as chart all clinical findings to fully assess all aspects of your smile.

Creating
Custom Care Plan

If any treatment is necessary, we will create a custom care plan and review all costs related to your care. We’ll also be happy to review alternative options that are available.

Depending on how much time is allowed, we may even be able to begin treatment the very same day. Otherwise, our dentist will escort you to the receptionist to plan future appointments for your care.

Our caring dental assistants are happy to assist you with any uneasiness that you are experiencing, and nitrous oxide gas sedation (happy gas) is also available. We fully explain all procedures as we go, so you are never caught off guard.

Payment Options

At Carine Glades Dental Care, we are pleased to promptly process your insurance claims using our on-site HICAPS machine. We gladly accept various payment methods, including cheques, Visa, MasterCard, and cash.

Your convenience is our priority, and we welcome all health funds for a seamless experience.
